The Transportation Research Board has presented the Cunard Award for best paper across its Operations Section for a first author under the age of 35 to ITS Ph.D. student Jean Doig, ITS alum Vikash Gayah, now an assistant professor at Penn State University, and their professor, Michael Cassidy.
