Congratulations to Transportation Sustainability Research Center (TSRC) survey researchers Jacquelyn Broader and Adam Cohen on earning spot Staff Appreciation and Recognition Awards!

Jacquelyn BroaderJacquelyn Broader, a Survey Researcher II, earned her Spot Award in recognition of her outstanding efforts in advancing transportation research on shared mobility, mobility on demand, accessible transportation, and other emerging innovations.

Within the past year, Jacquelyn was the primary researcher on four projects; and co-authored numerous USDOT, Caltrans, and National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) studies, including a Mobility on Demand Planning and Implementation Guide, four USDOT White Papers, and a NCHRP Shared Automated Vehicle Policy Toolkit.

At a time when TSRC needed to close out numerous, simultaneous projects, Jacquelyn demonstrated that she is exceptional at multi-tasking and working on a large portfolio of projects, has offered to work long hours to ensure research partner deadlines are met, and is always quick to volunteer for more responsibilities.

Jacquelyn has also been instrumental in helping plan and implement numerous TSRC workshops and events, including a state workshop for policymakers at the California legislature. Because of her skills, knowledge, willingness to help others, and dedication to our university's mission, Jacquelyn has not only earned this Spot nomination but the respect and gratitude of her colleagues, project partners, and peers at TSRC.

Adam CohenAdam Cohen, a Survey Researcher IV, earned his Spot Award in recognition of his outstanding efforts in advancing transportation research on Shared Mobility, Urban Air Mobility, Mobility on Demand, and other emerging innovations.
