Abstract:
We developed a method that combines engineering metrics and human factors in the NextGen environment to provide the results about the system performances. This method can further be generalized and applied to other NextGen components, especially to System Wide Information Management (SWIM) and Federal Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI).
