The Pacific Southwest Region (PSR) University Transportation Center (UTC) is the Region 9 UTC. It was established in in 2016 and is led by the University of Southern California and includes nine partners:

Submit Abstract

The PSR Annual Congress welcomes abstracts (3,500 character max) for the presentation of transportation research and best practices – whether funded by PSR or by other sources. Submissions are welcome from faculty, researchers, students, and practitioners. Abstracts may be submitted for poster sessions or live presentations during concurrent sessions. 

Submissions are encouraged for regionally relevant posters and presentations under these four themes:

  1. technology to address transportation problems and improve mobility
  2. improving mobility for vulnerable populations
  3. improving resilience and protecting the environment
  4. managing mobility in high growth areas
