Bolinas to be case study in evacuation

Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley, including ITS affiliate Kenich Soga, are launching a yearlong study in Bolinas that will employ new traffic simulation models to develop the most efficient method of evacuation, as discussed in the Point Reyes Light(link is external).
