Since rejoining the TSRC in early 2022, Ruth has worked on the development of evaluation plans of public transportation projects and bike sharing data analysis. In 2019, she worked with the TSRC as an undergrad and assisted with writing a white paper on the social equity impacts of congestion management strategies. Ruth graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. and M.S. in civil and environmental engineering in 2019 and 2021, respectively, and was a student in the Energy, Civil Infrastructure, and Climate (ECIC) program.
