Ratna Amin is a Principal at Deutsche Bahn Engineering and Consulting USA, the North American consulting subsidiary of Germany’s national rail operator.
Previously, she was a Transportation Policy Director at SPUR, the Bay Area’s leading urban policy organization. Steve Heminger was recently appointed to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors.
He formerly was the Executive Director of MTC and responsible for the administration of more than $2 billion per year in funding for the operation, maintenance and expansion of the Bay Area’s surface transportation network. As chairman of the Toll Bridge Program Oversight Committee, Mr. Heminger also oversaw construction of the new East Span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge — the largest transportation project in California history.
